Hawaiian Triptych WIP

So, for my portfolio piece, I'm going to be making a triptych of Hawaiian mythology (as provided by my awesome friend cass <3!).>

... Totally hope I didn't butcher that. Anyway, there'll be two other pieces that will be consolidated into one bigger triptych, and this is the first one since it's the first one she told me. It's super sloppy right now, but I'm just trying to get the general feeling going. I'll work on it a bit more, but the refining for all of my digital paintings is going to happen during winter break.

Another character promo picture for my comic. This one's got a -lot- of issues but I still like the way it came out. Also, it was a bit rushed but it's only because I'm trying to get so much done before Saturday night when the comic will be launched! (hopefully). So here's Niamh and Vienna.

I really should make the effort of posting the sketches in the same blogs if I intend on coloring it. But the sketch of this is in my sketchblog, over there <. Anyway, my characters Wayde and his alternate universe self Dwayne. I haven't tried to draw something that's taking myself too seriously in way too long, so it felt nice to get this done. Oh yeah. And there's perspective!

I figured because I have a sketch blog, I should make a blog for my digital paintings/WIPs to get more proper feedback on them instead of allowing them to drown with everything else.
